Case Creation
Quickly create cases for either an illness or an injury. Select from multiple options to record important context for the case e.g. whether it occurred in match, play or training, contact or non-contact, mechanism, other clinical information etc.
Injury/ Illness Classification
Users can select from a range of standardised classifications or medical (HEAP, SOAP) to organise follow ups and arrange rehab and return to play protocols.
Multimedia Upload
Users can easily add new medical notes to the case like medical (HEAP) or physio (SOAP) to track progress over time. Easily drag and drop attachments, (e.g. images, video) or add voice notes while on the go.
Manage Athelte Status
Easily update the athlete’s overall status from ‘Not training / Rehab / Monitor / Full Training’ and their key scheduled dates from several pages within the module.
Review Contextual Data
From within an athletes dashboard users can view recent data from other modules within the te@m platform e.g. biomarker results, recovery battery tests, sleep, wellness and more.
