Dr. Brian Moore, co-founder and CEO of Orreco, excels in sports haematology and biomarker technologies, aiding elite athletes globally in performance and recovery.

Dr. Andrew Hodgson, co-founder and Clinical Director of Orreco, is a Consultant Haematologist at Sligo University Hospital. With over 20 years in medicine, he offers clinical oversight, lectures nationally, and aids in European haematology training.

Professor Charlie Pedlar, Orreco’s Chief Science Officer, is a renowned Sports Scientist with 18+ years of experience with elite athletes, specializing in sleep, sports physiology, and recovery, with over 80 publications.

John Newell leads Orreco's Data Science, pioneering sports biostatistics. As a Fulbright Scholar and NUI Galway Professor, he innovates in injury prediction and training optimization using advanced models.

Dr. Nathan A. Lewis, Orreco’s Clinical Performance Nutritionist and Lead Biomarker Scientist, specializes in blood biomarker analysis and personalized nutrition, enhancing recovery and injury prevention for Olympic medalists and elite sports teams worldwide.

Georgie Bruinvels is a Senior Sports Scientist at Orreco and leads the science behind the Female Athlete Program and FitrWoman™. A PhD holder from UCL, she specializes in iron deficiency and the menstrual cycle, and is also an elite endurance athlete and former UK Anti-Doping scientist.

Suzanne Rowland is Orreco’s Project Delivery Director, overseeing service delivery for individual athletes and pro teams across all sports. With a background in marketing and operations, she manages logistics, testing, and data coordination. She’s also supported the Nike Oregon Track Club Elite for over a decade.

Colin Morrissey is Orreco’s Vice President of EMEA and Strategic Partnerships. A former founding partner of Horizon, he leads marketing and global partnerships, drawing on extensive experience across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

As an Associate Professor at Mid Sweden University, Kerry previously directed the Swedish Winter Sports Research Centre. She is a key figure in female athlete development, with a PhD from the University of Brighton and over 50 scientific publications. Kerry is also a decorated age-group triathlete and certified coach.

Nick Sprague is a seasoned executive specializing in strategy, negotiation, and international law across sports, energy, and infrastructure. He advises pro teams and athletes globally and chairs love.futbol, a nonprofit creating safe play spaces for youth. He also created the concept for *The Two Escobars* documentary.

Patrick Rocke is a Principal Software Engineer at Orreco, leading the design and development of cloud-based applications. With extensive experience in scalable software solutions, he focuses on cloud tech, infrastructure as code, and automation. He's also a lifelong fan and player of GAA, soccer, and golf.

Anthony Jackson is a Product Design Engineer at Orreco, specializing in machine learning and cognitive computing. He leads the design of data-driven software for pro sport teams and holds a BSc in Computer Science from NUI Galway, where he earned multiple academic awards.

Keith O’Connor is a Software Engineer at Orreco, specializing in web applications, analytics solutions, recommender systems, and game theory for pro sports teams. He holds an MSc in Data Analytics from NUI Galway and is passionate about sports.

Alan Flaherty is a Software Engineer at Orreco, with a BSc in Computer Science and IT from NUI Galway. He focuses on web technologies and is passionate about using software automation to streamline development workflows.

Isabelle is a Frontend Developer and Designer at Orreco, specializing in intuitive user interfaces for complex data. A graduate of Academia de Código in Portugal, she is multilingual and passionate about tennis, travel, and great food.

Rishabh Mehta is a Software Engineer at Orreco, managing data-driven software solutions for pro sports teams. He holds a First Class Honours MSc in Software Design and Development from NUI Galway and has strong expertise in data handling and Java. Rishabh is also a passionate cricket and soccer fan.

Dr. Kristin Popp is a Senior Sports Scientist and Bone Physiology Specialist at Orreco. Based in the U.S., she supports pro athletes through biomarker analysis and is a Research Associate at Harvard Medical School. She holds a PhD in Kinesiology and has over 13 years of coaching experience.

Dr. Andrew Barr is a High Performance and Movement Specialist at Orreco with over 20 years of experience in elite sport. A former pro footballer, he has held senior roles at the New York Knicks, NYCFC, and Manchester City FC. He holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and founded Quantum Performance.

Dr. Damian Harper is a globally recognized expert in high-intensity movement and neuromuscular performance in sport. He has consulted with top teams across the EPL, NBA, and NFL, and is a Lecturer at the University of Central Lancashire and Founder of Human Braking Performance.

Dr. Colm O’Riordan is a research leader in computational intelligence and genetic algorithms. He advises Orreco’s Cognitive Computing division, developing AI systems that uncover insights on athlete performance and recovery. He holds a PhD in Computer Science and has authored over 130 peer-reviewed papers.

Dr. John Kiely is an Advisor on Orreco’s Movement Science Program and a leading expert in high-performance coaching. He has worked across multiple global sporting events and with elite athletes, and is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Limerick with over 50 published papers.

Marc Cleary is a Sports Scientist at Orreco, specializing in Redox testing and blood biomarker analysis. A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and phlebotomist, he has worked with elite athletes in the US and Ireland. Marc is also an international weightlifter and 2017 Irish National Champion.

Dr. Forrest Baker is a Research Scientist at Orreco, specializing in immunology testing and biomarker analysis for elite athlete wellbeing. He holds a PhD in Exercise Immunology and is part of the NASA-funded immunology team at the University of Arizona.

Fernanda Cadena is a Product Designer at Orreco with over 7 years of experience across telecom, logistics, and finance. With a background in systems analysis and UX certifications, she specializes in turning user research into high-fidelity, user-centered design solutions.

Valentin Ivanov is Orreco’s Graphic Designer and visual innovator, shaping brand identity, motion graphics, and web design for elite sports clients. A BDes (Hons) graduate of Edinburgh Napier University, he joined the team in February 2025 and is currently leading efforts to evolve Orreco’s brand image across digital and visual touchpoints.

Dany is a nutritionist and sports scientist based in Mexico, specializing in performance-focused nutrition for elite athletes. With a degree in Clinical Nutrition and a Master’s in progress, she supports Orreco’s client teams across the Americas through tailored consultancy services.

Niamh Mallon is a Sports Scientist at Orreco, supporting Redox testing and the Elite Female Athlete Program, including FitrWoman™ and FitrCoach™. A certified phlebotomist with an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, she is also an elite Camogie player with over eight years at the top level.

Phoebe is a Sports Scientist at Orreco. She works with Orreco’s female athlete clients and conducts redox testing at client sites. Phoebe holds an Msc in Applied Sports Physiology from St Mary’s University. She is also an athletics coach and has represented Great Britain on several occasions in track and cross country.

Jack is a Client Technical Support Manager at Orreco, working across sport science, field delivery, and platform support. With hands-on experience delivering Orreco’s Point of Care Biomarker service, he supports clients with technical queries, platform demonstrations, and alignment between science and development teams.

Grace is a Consultant Sports Scientist at Orreco, specialising in exercise physiology and human performance. Currently completing her PhD at The University of Arizona, her research explores exercise-driven immune responses, with applications spanning elite sport, health, and clinical performance in extreme environments.

Toby Helder is a Sports Scientist at Orreco, specializing in Redox testing and blood biomarker analysis. He has worked with Olympians, Premier League clubs, and F1 drivers, and previously led the Performance Clinic at St Mary’s University. Toby holds an MSc in Applied Sport and Exercise Physiology and is a certified phlebotomist.

Niamh is a Sports Scientist at Orreco, with academic training in sports, exercise, and applied health science. Alongside her work in performance science, she coaches and competes in field hockey at a high level, bringing practical, on-field insight to her role.

Dr. Úna Newell is Orreco's Managing Editor, overseeing all content development to ensure a world-class client experience. A domain expert in content management systems, she holds a PhD in History from University College Dublin and has over a decade of publishing experience.

Hannah Thornton is a Performance Nutritionist at Orreco, supporting both female and male athletes with personalized nutrition strategies. She holds degrees in Sports and Exercise Science and Nutrition, and a Master’s in Applied Sports Nutrition. An accredited ISSN and SENr practitioner, she’s also an international basketball player for Ireland.

Thomas van Keulen is a Sports Scientist at Orreco and a Registered Associate Nutritionist. He holds a BSc in Nutrition from King’s College London and is pursuing an MSc in Applied Sports Nutrition at St Mary’s University. Multilingual and multicultural, Thomas speaks six languages and brings a global perspective to his work.

Dr. Kenny McMillan is a Sports Scientist and Sports Data Consultant at Orreco, advising on data-driven solutions for pro teams. With over 18 years in elite football, he’s held senior roles at top clubs and holds a PhD in Sports Physiology. He is also an Honorary Lecturer and co-author of *Fitness in Soccer*.

Lorna Crawford is a Sports Scientist at Orreco, specializing in Redox testing and blood biomarker analysis. She holds a BSc in Sports Performance and an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, and competes at a high level in field hockey.

Dr. Jaynal Abedin is a Senior Data Scientist & Biostatistician at Orreco. He holds a PhD in Data Science from NUI Galway and specializes in developing statistical algorithms to detect anomalies in multivariate data. Jaynal has published extensively and authored several books on R programming and data visualization.

Dr. Thiago de Paula Oliveira is a Data Science and Biostatistics Advisor at Orreco, specializing in statistical modeling and individual-level responses over time. He holds a PhD in Statistics from the University of São Paulo and has published several peer-reviewed papers. Thiago was previously an Assistant Professor and is bilingual in English and Portuguese.

Dr. Andrew Simpkin, serving as a Data Science and Biostatistics Advisor at Orreco, specializes in predictive modeling for athlete performance and injury prevention. He is a lecturer at NUI Galway, with a PhD in Statistics and over ten years of experience in longitudinal data modeling. He was awarded a Medical Research Council Career Development Award and is an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Bristol.

Shabnam Parween, a Data Analyst at Orreco, excels in transforming data into insights for athletes and coaches. Skilled in SQL, Python, and data modeling, she creates datasets and dashboards to enhance performance. She holds an MBA and bachelor's degrees in Commerce and Education.

Dr. Pouyan Nejadi, a Data Analyst at ORRECO, holds a PhD in Statistics from the University of Galway. With experience in the computer games industry, he excels in R, LaTeX, SAS, and SPSS. His doctoral work involved statistical and machine learning methods for motion-tracking data analysis. At ORRECO, he applies analytics to improve athlete performance and develop sport-tech solutions.

Jane is a Data Analyst at Orreco, translating complex performance metrics into actionable insights and live reports to support data-informed decision making. With a background in sport science and biomechanics, she brings elite-level coaching and high-performance experience to her work across analysis and applied sport.

Professor Cathal Seoighe, Orreco’s Scientific Advisor on Genomics, is a Stokes Professor at NUI Galway. He specializes in computational methods for gene expression and epigenetic data, holding a PhD from Trinity College Dublin with over 70 publications.

Dr. Ara Suppiah is a Sports Medicine Physician and global leader in High Performance Medicine. Founder of Functional Sports Medicine, he supports elite athletes worldwide and has served as team physician for the USA Ryder Cup Team. He’s also NBC Golf Channel’s Chief Medical Analyst.

Robin Parisotto, Orreco's Scientific Advisor on Sports Haematology, developed the first Olympic blood tests for EPO detection and pioneered sports-specific blood profiles. He is on the UCI expert panel and works as a senior scientist at Canberra Hospital.

Dr. Bruce Hamilton, Orreco's Scientific Advisor on Sports Medicine, has been in the field since 1998. He served as Chief Medical Officer for Athletics Australia and UK Athletics, and as Chief of Sports Medicine at Aspetar, Qatar. Bruce has been a Team Physician at major international events and conducts research on muscle and tendon injuries.

Dr. Christian Cook, Orreco's Scientific Advisor, specializes in Speed and Power Physiology. His extensive career includes work with elite rugby teams, America's Cup yachting, and UK Sport. His research emphasizes power and speed development, recovery, and optimizing training gains while managing stress.
